This cozy and comfortable house with a large deck, goldfish pond, country kitchen and room for 8, is nestled between two great villages - Sag Harbor and East Hampton. It is less than 2 miles to the bay and 3 miles to the Ocean. There is also a great pool on the .80 acre property usable from May to October. There are riding stable, cinemas boasting the most recent movie releases, shopping galore, restaurants abound and of course the vineyards that are sprawled between the north and south forks.
