My condo is one of Summer Beach's newest OCEANFRONT luxury condos. It is a Non-Smoking, three-bedroom, three full bath condominium that is DIRECT OCEANFRONT in Summer Beach and next door to the Ritz for dining or a massage. Enjoy golf at the championship Golf Club of Amelia at discounted rates as my guest which is located next door at the Ritz. Master bedroom has oceanfront view with king bed,double sink vanity, garden tub, and separte shower. Queen bedroom with private bath also has ocean and poll views. Twin bedroom has private bath also. Dine in eat in kitchen which seats 4 or use dining room for 6.

Our unit has direct OCEANFRONT views from the living room, the dining room, the kitchen, the breakfast area, as well as the master bedroom. The master bedroom has a king-sized, pillow-top, mattress bed, a walk-in closet, and a spacious bathroom with two sink vanity, garden tub, separate shower, and toilet room. The two secondary bedrooms consist of a queen-size bed in one and the other has two twins (each bedroom has its own full bath). The laundry room has a full-sized washer and dryer. The living room has a sleeper sofa. There is a storage closet for you to store your beach toys, pool floats, etc. It has a complete modern kitchen with microwave, stove/oven, coffee maker, and side-by-side refrigerator with ice maker. My unit is a Prestige Property Winner in 2006,2007, and 2008.

The unit has an oversized patio complete with table and chairs to watch a sunrise or just gaze at the waves lapping the beach. This unit was decorated and furnished just 2 years ago and looks great!I also provide 4 beach chairs that are in the owners closet right out your front door.

Discounted Golf privileges at the GOLF CLUB OF AMELIA at the Ritz Carlton next door as well as Hiking. Boardwalk to beach right beside my building

Thanks again so much for working with us and allowing us to change our reservation. Everything was as advertised, clean and spacious. The Ritz was nice to have right next door. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was generously stocked. Hope to do it again soon!!

PERFECT SUMMER GETAWAY!!!!

With 3 children I am very picky about where I choose to stay for vacation. Close to beach , pool and shopping.This condo has it all! Easy access to parking and elevator, and the VIEW is unbeleveable! Nice patio you can look out over ocean and pool in comfy furniture. Very clean and comfortable I have found our vacation paradise!

This large condo is located right on the beach on the second floor overlooking the pool.

Very Clean
Well stocked kitchen.(utensils, dishes, etc..)
Great Floorplan (3BR/3BA)
