Casa Lauro sits on a hillside with a spectacular view of the beautiful Niccone valley, about 500 metres up from the little town of Spedalicchio. It has its own swimming pool and a recently built tennis court, and a large garden. There is a terrace at the back of the house where meals can be taken and there is plenty of room for sun bathing. The house itself is very spacious and has all the usual amenities, although there is only a video player rather than TV. There are sofa beds, which can be used for additional guests beyond the 10/11 who can be accommodated in the bedrooms. The house is near enough to the village to be able to walk down to the local shop which has all the basics as well as a small deli counter. There are also a couple of small bars in the village.
