Classic beach house with beautiful furnished screened porch just steps from Madison's best private association beach. The master bedroom features a new queen bed and generous closets, window a/c, plus balcony with tree house. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom has a single plus a trundle bed. A sun porch has a day bed and trundle for extra guests. Modern kitchen with new dishwasher and refrigerator, washer & dryer. Wireless Internet, fireplace, TV. Great for kids! Located 5 minutes from downtown Madison, an idyllic New England town known for its Art Cinema and RJ Julia bookstore. Madison is about 2 hours from NY or Boston, has beautiful sandy beaches and provides a refreshing alternative to the Hamptons.

What a Fabulous Retreat and Vacation Oasis

2 adults and 4 small children travelled 14 hours and over 800 miles to arrive at this wonderful beachside home. The house is just 1 block from the beach, has all needed amenities (sleeping air conditioning, fans, screened porches, functioning and stocked kitchen, washer and dryer), it also has a side yard suitable for lots of fun playtime.
As a self-proclaimed "hotel snob" all the beds were comfortable. The sheets were nice. The towels were great. This is more than your average rental and well worth the extra money. You feel and know that you are a guest in someone's home. The association beach is friendly and clean. We met so many nice people.
A fun family oriented 2nd story treehouse/porch only added to our fun. The owners were very friendly and easy to work with. We dined at Dock & Dine two times. There are nearby outlets for shopping. A great car wash/detail place. A "cheap" pedicure location called Oasis. Get the Stop & Shop customer card to save money. The Big Y is cheaper and has more selection. Wal-Mart is a mere 5 mins away.
We loved our stay and hope to return again.

Our family stayed here over Memorial Day weekend and it was great!! The house is beautiful, extremely comfortable and well-equipped. The screened in porch is fantastic and the treehouse is very fun. It's just a short walk to a wonderful association beach that our kids loved. The beach has a little river that flows into it where the kids can play at low tide. We would highly recommend this property and plan to return.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
