Great house! Great value!

We went back and forth between spending the extra money to be on Disney property and saving money but having more space. We have a 3 yr old and a 1 1/2 yr old and we are so happy that we chose to stay off site and even happier that we got lucky enough to find this house! Everything is well maintained, we had 3 adults and 2 children and had plenty of room for everyone. The customer service was wonderful - my oldest sleeps in a toddler bed and I asked if they had a bed rail for one of the twins. They did not but bought one for the house and it was there waiting for us when we checked in. It was great to save money and have extra space - we could even take the 3 yr old in the pool while our youngest was napping (we never could have done that on property due to the distance of the pools from the rooms!). My children do NOT sleep well unless they are at home and they surprised us by sleeping better here from day one than they ever have at home! My oldest is still asking to go back to this house and enjoyed the house as much as he did Disney (go figure!)

Great Time Had by All!

This is a wonderful home in the Rolling Hills Subdivision tucked behind Formosa Gardens where I usually stay with large vacation groups including extended family members (10-15 people in a 8 or 9 bedroom house) but since my vacation group was small this year (5 of us) we decided to choose this vacation property and we are glad we did. The house is well appointed and the layout is great for groups of 5-8 people. Close to the disney properties! It is tastefully decorated and the owner provided great customer service. I would definately recommend the property to friends and I plan on renting again!
