We offer a lovely two (2) bedroom, two (2) bath vacation home with a private screened porch which overlooks a beautiful pool, for rent in a quiet neighborhood of Deltona, Florida. Located approximately 30 miles south of Daytona Beach, for those wanting to enjoy the beach and Daytona International Speedway. Just one hour from Orlando, Disney, Universal, and Sea World attractions. This home features: • Large screened in porch • beautifully landscaped fenced in backyard and in ground pool • Master bedroom with full size bed sleeps 2, with bathroom and shower • 2nd bedroom sleeping 2, 2nd bathroom in hall with shower and bathtub • Fully equipped kitchen with window over looking porch and pool area • Dining room seats 6 with sliding glass door which leads to porch & pool area, attached living room & entertainment area. • 2 car garage/electric, with full size washer & dryer, and central air conditioning & heat.

    50% Rent due 30 days prior to occupancy; remaining 50% due 15 days prior to arrival.

    $500 refundable booking/security deposit

  • Small Pets welcome with $125.00 non refundable pet deposit. Under 12 pounds.

Notes: This vacation pool home has all the amenities you need to enjoy Florida and all it has to offer. The only thing you'll need to do is take a little trip to one of the local grocery stores to fill up the fridge! The kitchen is fully-equipped with pots and pans, silverware, dishes, glasses, everything you'd have in your own kitchen! The washer and dryer are in the garage which is off the kitchen and porch area. The living room has a large (cable) TV and attached dining room, which lead to the porch and pool area. The pool was recently renovated. Within miles is all your chain grocery stores.
