Location, location, location!!: Calabay Parc Subdivision is the place to be. With unique Spanish architecture this Subdivision is a class above the rest. The owners all subscribe to the same association to maintain the common areas and their own lawns (i.e. you will not be next to someone who does not maintain their property with trash everywhere). Calabay is just 12 minutes drive to Disney and is wonderfully located to all local amenities. Recent guests have re-booked for next year and they do not plan on telling their children that they are anywhere near Disney so they can just 'chill' at the Villa they were so impressed. We pride ourselves on our level of service and comfort provided. We urge you to book early to get the dates you require.

Other Activities: Fantastic games room on site. Entertain the children/adults on down days from the parks.

Fantastic place - home away from home

We arrived late to find the villa well equipped, the owner had left some interior lights on, complimentary candy for the children and a chilled bottle of wine (complimentary also!) in the fridge for us. It was a welcome site. The villa is well maintained and the local management co. were available for suggested trips and money saving ideas. Our security deposit was on the mat three days after we arrived home! We have already saved our dates for next year. Thanks.

Great House

We had a great time and thoroughly enjoyed your house. Everything was in great shape. The house was very close to all of the attractions in Orlando. Only problem was the grill didn't get hot enough to cook the food very well. Other than that we will definitely stay next time we come to town. Thanks again!

How wonderful the 12 of you enjoyed the visit to our Villa. We work extremely hard to provide a great place to stay with lots of extras and upgrades for guests use. We have immediately informed our Management Co. who have replaced a simple valve on the BBQ grill and its ready to fire up whenever you would like to return!

Loved the amenities at this villa. fantastic games room for the older kids. Great to relax round the pool after enjoying the theme parks, all within easy reach. This was so much better value than a hotel. The villa is very well equipped, clean and well maintained by the Management Company. If you've never rented before you will find the owner, Helen, happy to make it an enjoyable, easy experience.

Great Stay

Our time at this property was so relaxing and convenient. We live in Orlando, but needed a two week stay nearby. Helen was extremely helpful and accommodating. We could not have asked for a more pleasant experience in a home away from home. Rates were very reasonable.

Teenagers and small kids love both the pool and the game room, and there was lots of space for everyone. There were lots of pool toys and lounge chairs. Since there are no neighbors in the back and limited visibility with the neighbors on each side (there was no one there at either place most of the time we were there), the pool seems very private. Plenty of pool towels are stored in the hall closet.

The kitchen is large and well-equipped; every time I thought we’d have to go buy something like a can opener, corkscrew or hair dryer we found that it was all there. Plenty of games and videos are stored under the television in the living room. The pool doors and windows all have alarms, which is essential for pool living. Master bath is large, with nice shower and large tub.

There are lots of great places to eat nearby and many delivery places. Since there are a lot of tourist homes in this neighborhood. The delivery places leave lots of coupons and are familiar with the community.

Disney is closer to this home than to most resorts in the Orlando area. Tampa Bay is also just a short drive. Check out I-Drive and the Universal area (north of Disney by about 10-15 minutes I think) for shopping and extra entertainment.

Access is very easy since there’s a lock box that holds the key; no need to meet any one. Maintenance/pool service comes Monday morning and works quickly without bothering anyone.
