But location is just the beginning. Our home is truly magnificent. As you enter the ceilings soar to over 22 feet and light bathes you from every angle. Slab Marble Floors greet you with elegant shine. The huge living room is so inviting with its large suede couch, entertainment center with TV and awesome stereo, frisee carpeting and more. Fabulous for movie watching.
Next you'll see the huge kitchen area with top of the line stainless appliances, dining for six at the table, and 4 more at the center island. If that's not enough - no problem - the ten foot bar allows for five more! All countertops are Brazilian granite with backsplashes in monochromatic mosaics. Gourmet Everything.
A fireplace welcomes you on cool winter nights and the French doors leading to the lanai offer wonderful outdoor dining experiences. This big kitchen/bar/dining area is perfect for gatherings of friends, family or business acquaintances. BUT the warm and inviting space is also romantic and lovely for two!
Three bedrooms downstairs offer one queen with bath across the hall, then one queen with bath attached, and a bedroom with two twins with a bath attached. Each bedroom and bath is designer decorated and has 400 count Egyptian cotton sheets and thick soft towels for you. The bedrooms are all large with ample closet space and windows looking out to the beautifully manicured grounds.
Upstairs is the grand master bedroom with a king bed, walk in closet, cable TV, local art, French doors opening to the lanai which overlooks the pond and has a spectacular sunset view. But my favorite part is the wonderful JACUZZI TUB FOR TWO. If bathing is not your forte - that's OK - the master bath has a separate shower! And I almost forgot the exercise/meditation room so you can keep in shape. And this whole area has a sliding soundproof window overlooking the downstairs so when you want to get away from it all - you really can!!!
There's more - If you need a place to work while you are enjoying your vacation there is an open office complete with built in desk and filing cabinets in mahogany. The office is wired with HIGH SPEED INTERNET ACCESS. Bring your laptop and work in style. Free local phone calls are included.
