Photos and Description of this Clearwater holiday house House - 3 Bedrooms + Sunroom - 2 Baths - (Sleeps 6-8)

First of all Thank You for clicking on my site where I personally am a 'LOCAL' and can help you enjoy your stay even more with attention to your needs.I personally love this area out of all the places I have traveled to and I hope you will too and maybe if you really like it here, we shall see each other again when you come back. I try to carry around my calendars even into the grocery stores, sometimes right in the aisles I may be found taking a reservation!! This house is located so close to everything you can dream to visit and if you give me your areas of interest, I will be happy to fill you in. I have provided books for the local TV stations about tank trips around the Tampa Bay area. It is in a very nice quiet subdivision, the house was just completely renovated, Brazilian cherry hard wood floors, new kitchen, new bedroom carpeting, just completely painted, seating for 16 at least. I wished that I would have cut out all the articles I have read pertaining to our fabulous area, no wonder I love it here so much. Downtown Dunedin: One of the most walkable towns. Voted best restaurant row in Pinellas County by the St. Petersburg Times. Blue Jays training baseball camp, Pinellas Trail 34 MILES! Voted year and after best beaches - Honeymoon Island State Park, Caladesi Island State Park, Sponge docks of Tarpon Springs. Voted the best waters to sail in, sandy bottoms instead of rocks! PLUS very close to a LOT of other fantastic attractions! Thanks again for hanging out with me through this...

Quiet house

PROS: The house was easy to find, right off a main road. The house was quiet, and very clean. Magazines and Internet Access helped find things to do and directions. The kitchen was (mostly) stocked with supplies (pots/pans/flatware/etc)

CONS: The kitchen lacked a few items such as a cheese grater and a whisk, which we bought and left there. The key was difficult to remove from its box because there were so many bugs/bees/spiders around it. Just make sure that if you are cooking anything extravagant, to bring your own equipment.

OVERALL IMPRESSION: Great bang for your buck. We had a girls weekend and were pleasantly surprised!
