Okay but not great

Unfortunately only 4 bedrooms instead of the 5 advertised. Nice house but lack of any outdoor seating was bothersome. Refrigerator was filthy along with coffee pot full of mold, but otherwise a nice house. Convenient to Boulder. Cute bunnies living outback. Advertised with 3 car garage that had two bays taken up with snowblowers, mowers and a huge van.

Lovely, Clean, Spacious Home - Perfect for family

This was the perfect spot for our Thanksgiving home away from home. The quiet and convenience were what we were looking for - and the playground in the development were an added bonus. The house itself is spacious and well laid out for family gatherings.
