This unit is turnkey, and has two new queen size beds, cable TV in both bedrooms and living room, DVD, VCR, two digital speaker systems for ipod, hair dryer, full kitchen, two couches that are very comfortable. The living room looks directly at the San Jacinto mountain range which is the best view in PS. 39 miles from Joshua Tree, 2.3 miles from nearest golf course, 4 miles from downtown. Gated complex with nighttime security staff, ten pools, eleven spas, laundry by every pool, tennis courts, car wash area, putting green, and much more. If you take a look at our website for this property you can see from the satellite imagery that this complex is one of the most lush and green areas in all of PS.

our services: We have local phone for use, and cable tv and utilities are included. We have always had a policy that you will leave the condo in the condition that you find it, or cleaner. This essentially means that we do Not charge a cleaning deposit and clean sheet are expected to be left on the bed. This is an easy place to clea with tile floors and cleaning supplies provided. If you would like the cleaning to be done we can do this for an extra charge of 100.00. We have had really good luck and are a bit particular about who we rent to and would simply like you to treat this like your own home, and with care. Please email with any questions or comments. We have now also high speed dsl at no extra cost

Great condo, great hike!

My husband and I plus 2 of our cousins stayed here mainly to go up the San Jacinto Mountain. The owner, Stu was very accommodating and easy to contact via e-mail. The condo was clean, and had everything we needed. We brought our own linen so we wouldn't have to do laundry while we were there. I wish we had more time to stay. The hike to the peak was great too...about 12 miles round trip. On the way back it got dark earlier because of the time change, good thing we had flash lights.

We'll definitely stay there again.

This was our first "condo rental experience" and thanks to Stu(Steve) and his family it was excellent. We really appreciated the little extras that were in the cupboards. This was an excellent location, close enough to everything, yet quiet enough to relax. Hopefully we shall make it back one day and we shall refer our friends to your superb place.

What a super condo! Very quiet in a gated community, pool and laundry facilities close by. Downtown Palm Springs is a few minutes drive. The condo was very clean and as described. I would highly recommend this condo. The owner is very nice and easy to work with. Enjoy!
