This particular unit is located on the third floor of Building B, overlooking the pool and has an unobstructed view of the Gulf, Sunrise and Sunset. This condominium has a king-size bed in the master with private full bath, queen-size pullout sleeper sofa, and twin bunk beds built into the hallway. Enjoy the full-size guest bathroom with stackable washer and dryer. Condominium unit sleeps six people comfortably. Non-smoking, No pets allowed. Minimum Age Limit for Renters: Individual making reservation must be 25 years old, and must occupy the rental property the entire stay of the reservation. Free Wireless High Speed Internet. I can't say enough about how perfect this was for my family. They were doing some work on the lobby and swimming pool, but did not interfere with our activities. The actual condo was stylish, clean and had a new flat screen TV! Not that we watched it much. With the beach literally within feet of your balcony, we spent most of our time there. Beach service is not included with this unit, but we had 3 chairs that we brought with us and were able to put them as close to the water as we wanted. The Tiki Bar is right there, too...which was fun. Parking was not as bad as others made it out to be. Granted, if you don't get one of the few "up front" spots, then you must park in the adjacent structure and walk a short distance. We found that parking right on the beach was the best for us during the day. We used the car as a spot to change our toddler, grab a sandwich or drink, etc.
All told, we will definitely be back
