Why stay at a crowded hotel? We invite you to spend your vacation in Florida at our brand new condo. It is located in the beautiful gated community of Club Cortile just minutes from Disney. This condo is on the first floor and is within walking distance to the clubhouse, swimming pool. After walking at the parks all day doesn't the swimming pool sound like a good way to cool down, or you could watch a movie at the clubhouse theater. The clubhouse also features a fitness room and an internet room. An Outside playground for the kids. This condo has 3 bedrooms, the Master bedroom features a King size bed with satellite TV. One bedroom has a queen bed, and one bedroom has 2 twin beds. A complete kitchen makes it possible to save money by not having to eat out. However if you do prefer there are plenty of restaurants near by. A dining room makes for great family meals. In the living room relax watching the satellite tv. 2. Enjoy your stay.

Notes: The open plan design creates a spacious tastefully furnished living area in which to read, watch TV or a DVD or simply relax and leads out through patio doors onto a screened porch with table and chairs. Adjacent to the living area is a separate dining area for family meals. The kitchen is equipped with all appliances including cooker, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher and waste disposal unit. All crockery, cutlery, glassware and pots and pans are provided. There is also a large closet for storage behind which is a utility area with washer and dryer. The luxurious heated resort pool with it’s generous sun deck and seats/sun beds is situated at the rear of the clubhouse with the children’s play area on one side and tennis and basketball courts on the other. Inside the clubhouse is the fitness room (available 24x7), wi-fi room and mini theater which shows a range of films for children.

I should start by saying that working with Sharon is so easy, even a caveman can do it.

The property has been well maintained, is very clean, very close to the parks, be it Disney or Seaworld or Universal. This enabled us to stay late and have a short and easy drive back home after a hectic day in the parks. Trust me, if you are looking to see all the parks in one week, you better stay close and even better stay here.

When you go on a vacation, the last thing you need is problems. I did not have any of it on this trip. From the moment I called to reserve the place till I left every thing flowed really smoothly. The rental rates were very nominal compared to the rates in the area as well. I will sure recommend this property to my friends and if I am going back to Orlando, I know whom to call, SHARON.

The condo is tastefully decorated and very comfortable. The rental agents and owner are very responsive to inquires and willing to work with you to assure arrangements meet your needs. The location is very convenient to all the theme parks as well as shopping. The arrangements worked well for our extended family.

My husband and I visited these condos and had such a wonderful time. The rooms were clean, well decorated, and spacious. The kitchen was nicely stocked and made it so easy for us to have a few meals in the condo. The pool area and clubhouse are a dream and never crowed like some other resorts. The owner and management are quick to help you with any need or concern you might have. Will go again and again!

judy and glen: we had a very good time but will probably not stay in a lower condo again. We found it to be very noisy, not because the upstairs people were doing nothing more than walking, but it sounded like they were wearing cement shoes. We also discovered that the going rate for these condos is xxxx a month, considerably less than we paid, something that we were told beforehand but I guess we forgot when we signed up. It also would have been good to have the address when we got there so we wouldn't have panicked that it was all a hoax. The condo could have had a few more things in the kitchen. I cooked a lot of the meals which is probably unusual for someone on vacation, but measuting cups, spoons, casseroles, baking pans and spaghetti tongs would have been helpful. We have rented other places and have had more useful kitchens. I know this review is pretty negative and will probably not be viewed but I feel it may be constructive criticism. We did have a very good time, loved the pool, hot tub, king size bed, lanai, and the waterpark. It was great cheating winter for a month and feeling like summer; I could get used to that. Thank you for the opportunity.

Owner's Response: Sorry to hear some things was not what you expected.as far as the address if you look on your contract that you signed you will find the address of Club Cortile which is not a very big community. It was not a hoax the price charged was the price quoted and agreed upon. When ever you rent a condo you have no control over the neighbors. The condo is prefectly set up for vacation rental and guests on vacation do not normally need spaghetti tongs or measuring cups. If they do there is a Super Target less than a mile away where they can buy them. We had several phone conversation before your visit on what the condo had to offer you."I'm glad you like the king size bed and lanai along with the resort facilities-we try to provide a comfortable place to stay with nice amenities for our guests and while it is not equipped as your own home we do provide all the essential things." Glad you enjoyed the weather.

Can't Wait to Come Back

I greatly enjoyed my stay at Club Cortile Resort. The rooms are spacious and clean. We loved being able to reserve the theater room for just our family. The location is great for being close to everything but not being in the busy part of the city.
The owner is wonderful to work with and really makes you feel special. The management works hard at addressing any needs or problems.
