Located in the South Mountain Park area of Phoenix with a beautiful view of the mountains in a residential community. This is a new home with professional desert landscaping, which includes a hot tub spa and community pool. Comfortable modern furniture, including new beds, linens and towels. Beds include one King, one Queen and two Twins, plus one queen futon. Spa and landscaping are professionally maintained for your comfort. The home features an airy sitting/dining area off of the well equipped kitchen which has new appliances and cooking utensils. The living room features Basic Cable TV with DVD. The office has a computer available with Internet service. Home is well-equipped with a video game system for children.

Easy access to all major highways. Arizona State University and local colleges are minutes away. 2 1/2 car garage and an RV parking deck is available. Single floor construction and wide hallways provide wheelchair accessibility. All modern kitchen appliances: toaster, microwave, coffee maker, blender, cooking utensils, dishes and a well stocked spice cupboard. Washer and dryer included. The Cable TV and Internet connection are available to you. We have had wonderful guests in the past and look forward to meeting new guests in the future. There is a property manager available for emergencies that will make sure your stay is a pleasant experience.

Perfect Homebase

We found the house to be everything we wanted-- it was so nice to come "home" after our day`s excursions. We planned day trips in all directions, such as shopping in Jerome, visiting the Sonoran Desert Museum, etc. Cant imagine ever "moteling it" again, when it is so convenient and, comfortable to have everything you would need or desire, in this lovely home.
