Quiet Duplex unit with a view of the Gulf & Lagoon. Enjoy the Gulf view from the balcony. Near public beach access and public pier. King Bedroom, Queen Bedroom, 2 Twin Beds in 3rd bedroom. Also a sleeper sofa in the living room. Television and DVD player in living room and King bedroom. Washer, Dryer, Dishwasher, Microwave, Cable, Phone. There are 2 identical non smoking units available. Several golf courses in area. Pets on approval. Age requirements - Minimum age of persons renting the unit is 25 for singles and 21 for married couples. Occupancy is limited to amount of sleeping space. No exceptions. Located on a quiet street, near the beach yet off the beaten track. Large back yard. Access to the beach. There are bus trips daily to the Casinos in MS.

Both Pensacola, FL. and Mobile, AL. within 40 miles. Visit the Newly developed Orange Beach Wharf with restaurants, entertainment, shopping and much, much more. At the main beach there is the new 'Hangout restaurant' which you can go in to directly from the beach. Property is located 2.8 miles from the Junction of Hwy. 59 & 182. Walking distance from the duplex to the beach is 0.3 miles. However, there is ample free parking at the beach area.

This is a very nice getaway for a family...spacious enough for six for sure...close enough to all the major attractions but in a quiet neighborhhod...comfortable, clean, nicely furnished and decorated duplex...fully stocked kitchen...very nice and accomodating hosts...felt like we got a very good value...plan to rent here again. A+ all the way!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Pet-friendly, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Just What 3 Generations Needed

This duplex was just right for our group of 7. It was clean and had everything we needed- enough space, 2 1/2 baths, and walking distance to the beach. Also close to an enjoyable restaurant, Desoto Seafood Kitchen.
