This beautiful newer home home was just completed in September of 2007. It is located on the bank of the Sacramento River in historic downtown Dunsmuir. Its within walking distance of several downtown shops and restaurants. It's 2,000 sq. ft. include 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms.You and your family can enjoy the luxury of having the Sacramento River just a few steps off the back deck. Other amenities include, stainless steel appliances, granite counters, hickory cabinets, knotty pine interior mill work, natural wood stair case, decorative concrete floors with radiant heat though out the house and the garage, 20 ft. cathedral ceiling, hot tub overlooking the river, large walk in double shower with body sprays, gas for BBQ, security system, catch rainbows just steps out the back door, Mt. Shasta Ski Park is only a 20 min drive.

There are plenty of great fishing spots within walking distance of the home or take a short drive and fish the more than 40 miles of fishable river between Lake Siskiyou and Lake Shasta. Lake Siskiyou is a 15 min. drive north. Lake Shasta is a 35 min. drive south. There are also many other mountain lakes and streams to explore.

Local Activities: Local activities include, fishing, golf, hiking, mountain biking, shopping, ATV, tubing on the river, white water rafting, site seeing, several local water falls. Mt Shasta Ski Park is only a 20 min. drive. Located in Dunsmuir California, just a short drive from Mt. Shasta and McCloud, and Mt. Shasta Ski Park
