Additional information about rental rates

  • Deposits: All deposits are due within 7 days after you secure your reservation.
    An advance rental payment of $200 per 7-night rental period is required within 7 days to guarantee availability. This deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE on cancellation, and will be applied to your total rent. The rental balance plus security/cleaning deposit is due 60 days before your rental period. Rent is refunded for cancellations made 60 days prior to the date of the scheduled occupancy minus the $200/week advance payment which will be considered a cancellation fee. The Security /cleaning deposit is $250 fully refundable if place is left as it was found, and instructions followed as to stripping used linens and starting the wash processing. Pool heating during Fall and Winter is $35/day, optional, and $25/day in April and May.
  • Pool Fees: We charge $35/day for pool heating in the Fall and Winter, and $25/day for April and May. (usually not needed from June-Sept). For rental terms longer than two weeks a flat pool heating fee is negotiable based on current utility rates. This fee will be due prior to arrival and is non-refundable unless the pool is unusable because of equipment breakdown.

Beautiful Sun City resort-style home: Our home is centrally located in beautiful Sun City, one of America's most established active adult communities. The location is ideal for an active mature couple wanting to experience the best of Sun City. It is currently set up to sleep 4 with one king-size and one queen-size bed. We can arrange to bring in a good 'trundle' type bed to be set up in the formal living room for an additional charge of a set-up fee. This arrangement has been good for children. If you are planning on more than 4 people sleeping in the house at a time, there may be an additional charge for them for the week. Please inquire of owner at the time.

Great recreational facilities available: Vacationers wishing to enjoy Sun City's recreational facilities can purchase, for $190 per person, a Sun City Recreation Centers all-access pass entitling access to all facilities, including the nearby Lakeview Recreation Center, for the duration of your stay. Note: One renter must be at least 55 years of age to obtain a SCRC access pass. See the link below for more info on Sun City Recreation Centers.

Beautiful Pool: Our home has a beautiful, Private, full-size diving pool with springboard. Between June and October it is usually unnecessary to heat the pool; the Arizona sun provides all the heat required. During the winter months, we can heat the pool on request, for a $35 per day surcharge, to a comfortable 82 degrees. Please let us know when making your reservation if you'll want the pool heated. Pool toys, floats, etc are available. *** Please note: Our pool area is Not an appropriate place for entertainment of unsupervised children. ***

Sun City, awsome place to stay

What a place to stay! We went to Phoenix to visit our son who is going to school at MMI.
We located this house on the internet and decided on renting it after looking at several others as well. This turned out to be the perfect place.
We drove out from Arkansas with my wifes parents our daughter and neice and the house accomadated us with plenty of room and things to do near by.
It was quite warm being there in June but the pool in the back yard was great and helped keep the heat tolerable. The BBQ grill out back was nice as well, the steaks and chicken were delicious.
We will probably go back there next year. I would highly recommend this property for anyone who likes things to be quiet and well kept, the owners are very nice and seem generally concerned with making your stay a nice and comforting experience.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

Awesome property ,very comfortable for the 4 of us (Adults)
Could possibly slep more by installing hideabeds in the living and family room..But at present worked for us wonderfully. Hope to stay again..
