As you approach this unique 4 BR 3BA 2500 sq ft 2 story home at the end of a cul-de-sac you'll feel like you're coming home. It sits on just under a third of an acre in a tropical paradise setting. Our home is located just minutes from McCarren Airport and the world famous Las Vegas Strip. We are walking distance from shopping and gourmet dining with 3 award winning local casinos a short drive away. As you open the gate to the private courtyard you'll be greeted by the sound of a whimsical fountain as you enter the doors of this tropical paradise home. As you enter this warm and inviting home you'll find 4 nicely decorated and comfortable bedrooms. The master bedroom includes king-size bed, walk-in closet, whirlpool tub, and separate shower.

    The Security Deposit will be refunded within 7 Business days after departure. $100.00 Cancellation Fee will be Charged. 60 Days or More prior to arrival--All money (Except Cancellation Fee) will be refunded. 31 to 59 Days prior to arrival -- 1/2 deposit money refunded, 30 days or less - All Money will be forfeited. The Security Deposit will be refunded within 7 Business days after departure. $100.00 Cancellation Fee will Charged. 60 Days or More prior to arrival--All money (Except Cancellation Fee) will be refunded. 31 to 59 Days Prior to arrival -- 1/2 money refunded. 30 days or less - All Money Forfeited
  • Reservation: A Refundable Security Deposit of $400.00 is required at booking for Daily rentals and $700.00 for Weekly rentals with full payment due 60 days prior to arrival or immediately if less than 60 days prior to arrival.
    Cleaning Fee of $200.00 will be charged. No Rental Tax at this time will be charged.

    Rentals run from 4PM, Check-in Time to 12PM, Check-out Time.

    All Rental fees and Security Deposits must be by Visa, MasterCard, Cashiers Check or Money Order. Rental Contracts are required and will be emailed to tenant upon receipt of Deposit. Rates are in US Dollars. The Security Deposit will be refunded within 7 Business days after departure (less any on Demand Cable charges incurred, if any or any damages).

    This is a non-smoking inside rental unit. Smoking is Allowed Outside ONLY.!!

we couldn't have had a better time on vacation than in this home. the home is very comfortable and the landscape is gorgeous but the pool is what we went for and we were not dissapointed..there is something to do for everyone without ever leaving the house.gary and sheryl have thought of everything for everyone and they are super people. thanks again gary and sheryl for sharing your home with my family hope to see you next spring break!!!

The biggest satisfaction that we get is when some of our wonderful guests tell us that they are going to miss being here and that they can't wait to come back. That means a lot to us. Paradise in the back yard

If you are looking for a rental for a family getaway, reunion, or just a large gathering place, this is the home for you. You will want to spend most of your time in the back yard so you can enjoy the pool and beautiful yard. We came to Vegas to celebrate my son's college graduation and brought all of our family - ages 18 months to 77. This house worked well for all of us, especially because we could get away form each other when we wanted and be together in one place. Thanks Cheryl and Gary for a great time!

This home was just another perk to our vacation that made it that much better. We rented this home when we were down for a wedding, one night we had a few extra guests stay and there was lots of sleeping room and we enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The owners were very helpful and friendly. This sure beat staying in a hotel with our 4 kids, crammed into a small area, we sure loved staying at the house and calling it ours for the week, it had a great layout and lots of room for all our needs, we would definitely use this home again.

This was a fantastic choice we made. The people I delt with were very nice, and the house was even better than advertised. I will deffinetly be going back to this location again. You cant go wrong here.

My family enjoyed 10 great days at this paradise only 20 minutes from the famous Las Vegas Strip. It was the perfect getaway for everybody. Everything is there what you need to enjoy every minute of your vacation. The pool, the spa, the slide, the BBQ island, the gorgeous yard and all the amenities inside make it impossible to find a better place. It was one of the best vacations we've ever had and we definitely going to come back.
