Our villa is custom built and exquisitely furnished with your every need catered for. Professionally landscaped with south facing pool and spa, looking over a natural lake giving you water views from a private setting. From the spacious family living area with its 50 inch plasma television with upgraded cable TV including live premiership and European football, to the 30' x 14 swimming pool with Jacuzzi, with views overlooking a lake; our rental vacation home provides a stunning and luxurious setting for that dream vacation to Orlando, Florida. Our villa sleeps 12, has 5 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and 2 half bathrooms. Flat screen LCD Tvs with built in DVD in all bedrooms. Fully equipped game room includes 8 foot pool table, air hockey, Foosball, and lots more. 42 inch Plasma TV in family room and 50 inch Plasma TV in formal living room. South facing screened pool and spa overlooking a natural lake, with BBQ and summer kitchen.

Relaxing in Orlando

Thank you for a great stay. Your house is beautiful – spacious, clean, and loaded with amenities. It was a great place to come back and unwind to after long days at the theme parks. The location was convenient to Disney, about a 15 minute ride. The kids loved the pool and game room, and the adults loved the outdoor kitchen and lanai. We would definitely stay here again when we return to Orlando.

I just wanted to say how wonderful it was to spend quality time with my family down in Orlando. The house was absolutely wonderful. Everything you needed was right at your fingertips. The pool and the BBQ were a major plus!!! We enjoyed everything!!! The drive to Disney World was about 15 minutes. Marc was great person to book with and full of knowledge.

We enjoyed staying in your beautiful spacious home. The location was ideal. We enjoyed the many parks, however, returning home was so much fun especially for the grandchildren who enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub. For eleven people this home was ideal.

Fantastic stay, we had a ball. We were a family of six adults and all of us were blown away by the villa. Location was great, villa was spotlessly clean, so comfortable and every want and need has been catered for. Many thanks to you and Tracy for making the booking procedure so easy for us. I dont think we will stay in a hotel again in Orlando and will certainly recommend the villa to family and friends, but not too many as we want to be assured of being able to stay again and again.

We had a wonderful time at your amazing Florida home , this is the 3rd time we have rented homes in Orlando, last trip we had a larger home and it was closer to the parks but yours was by far the best. It was close enough to the parks but far enought away if you know what i mean ,when we came back from the parks it was like returning home, the 10 place dining table made for wonderful family dinners ,with our busy lives at home it was great to spend time together like a real family.The view from the pool was just what we wanted ,we saw lots of wild life in the lake the ducks came by one night for a stroll . The outdoor kitchen with the high end barbecue made in more fun to stay home and eat rather than spending money and time in the noisy restaurants.I could go on and on, I would recomend your home to anyone from just adults to families with kids Thanks again Mark, we definitely will be booking next year.
