Just 5 minutes to the Charlotte sound with sailboat access and a boat dock. Enjoy time sitting or eating in a large screened in porch. Just 10 minutes to local beaches, golf courses, and tennis. All amenities provided including washer and dryer, dishes, towels, linens, and wireless internet. Come for the week or stay for the whole winter. With its own private boat dock, ideal for fishing, enjoying the fantastic sunsets, or maybe rent a boat and explore the islands, restaurants, and beaches of Charlotte harbor and nearby Gulf of Mexico, Sanibel, Captiva, and Boca Grande. Although in a quiet spot, nearby are great restaurants and all the shops you could want, together with numerous golf courses.
