Thank you Ken and Debbie. This property was perfect for our beachfront vacation. Property well kept and very clean. We brought three kids and the inlaws and had a great time. Unbelievable views! We were in the ocean at least 4 hours per day. Thanks again!!

My Little Private Beach

If you like sand, waves, palm trees, this home is for you. I stayed at the beachfront property for a week in May. It was the most relaxing time ever. Sleep to the sounds of the waves. The sand is your backyard it was like having your own private beach. We had an amazing time at this beachhouse. The house is very well kept, but you really don't spend a lot of time in the house, it was hard to come in the house with such an amazing view in your own backyard.

Ken the owner is such a great person, very welcoming and accomodating. It was a pleasure to meet him and I would always rent from him again. One of the nicest guys to know.

It was great experience for our family, really all you can say is Wow what a view!!!

This house and view was amazing. we had a great time at this house.
Ken is the most NICEST GUY in Fort lauderdale. He really made our trip memorable.
The back yard of the house was beautiful, very relaxing,and clam. This house was in great condition, clean, and well kept.
I would recommend this house to anyone who wants to have a great time on the beach in Fort Lauderdale.

A Piece of Heaven

The property is in an excellent location. The beach was our front yard. The community is quiet and well kept. We felt very "at home" and comfortable in the house. We enjoyed being able to cook, and relax with our friends all together instead of being in separate hotel rooms. The surrounding area was great. The shops, grocery stores, restaurants and night life were all excellent and located within a few miles. We will definately be checking into renting this property again. It was a little slice of heaven.

WHAT A VIEW!!!

Walking in the front door says it all!!! This was our first beach house experience and we loved it. The convenience of having a house right on the beach was great.
Katie was in contact with us throughout the week and always took care of our needs promptly.
Having 3 bedrooms, 3 baths and 2 sofa beds worked out great for the eight of us.
The meals we prepared, the friends we were with, and this house on the beach made a vacation to remember!
