Torrevieja is situated just 25 miles south of Alicante airport. This old town with its attractive marina and port has a warm, welcoming ambience and will surely appeal to those who look for a relaxing pace of life in the true Spanish style. This luxury semi-detached villa is situated in the quiet residential area of 'Iria 1', Playa Flamenca and is close to many sandy beaches and coves, and is also in close proximity to a choice of bars, restaurants, shops and top class golf courses. The property offers 3 bedrooms (2 doubles and 1 twin), 1 bathroom, 1 shower room, spacious living and dining areas and a fully fitted kitchen. There is a large private roof terrace with table and chairs and sun loungers. There is also a conservatory on the ground floor complete with table and chairs. The Villa has Air Conditioning available as an optional extra.

Our Three bedroom, two bathroom villa is located in Playa Flamenca, Orihuela Costa which is approximately 10 minutes drive from Torrevieja town centre, 15-20 minutes walk to the beach and ten minutes walk to shops, bars and restaurants. Alicante Airport is approximately 40 minutes drive away and Murcia Airport (San Javier) is approximately 20 minutes drive away.

There is also a weekly market where you can purchase fresh fruit and vegetables, leather goods, clothes, perfect for buying gifts for your family and friends. Torrevieja, the town centre, is only a 10 minute drive away. It is a great place for shopping, taking a walk along the promenade or just sitting in one of the many outside cafes sampling the local “tapas” and watching the world go by.

Places of Interest : There are several natural hot spas in this area. The most popular, Fortuna and Archena, are an hours drive away through the picturesque mountains, orange and lemon groves. The natural mineral waters will soak away your aches and pains and totally relax you. An absolute must for a day out! For the golf fanatics, Torrevieja boasts some of the finest courses on the Costa Blanca. These include Villa Martin, Campoamor and Las Ramblas, all of which are a short drive away from Playa Flamenca.
