This new, 2,049 square foot luxury condo is located on the top (sixth) floor, which includes a private 157 square foot tiled lanai with ceiling fan. This home commands beautiful views of the ocean and nature preserve. It has been tastefully outfitted and decorated with comfortable furniture with many upgrades such as plantation shutters, tile throughout the main living areas, plush carpet in the bedrooms and granite countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms. 1st master has a king size bed and bathroom with double vanity, jetted tub and walk-in shower; 2nd master has a king size bed and bathroom with double vanity and walk in shower with teak shower bench; 3rd bedroom has two twin beds and bathroom with single vanity and tub/shower combination. All bedrooms have ceiling fans, 20” LCD TV’s and plantation shutters. Our stay at Oceanwalk was amazing! We were very impressed with the size of the condo the way that it was so tastefully decorated. The close proximity to the pool and recreation building were a plus and all facilities were very well maintained. We definitely plan on going back if possible in the near future. We would highly recommend Oceanwalk to families looking for a nice place to stay at New Smyrna Beach! :)
