Great Location, Very Clean

Perfect location and very quiet. We were the only ones in the block when we arrived, by the time we left, 2 other apartments were occupied. Great access to the beach and the apartment had everything we could have needed. The pool was always clean and quiet too. We'll definately be back!

Great location! Pool was great and right next to condo. Short walk to beach. We were kind of disappointed that most everything closed by 10pm on island. But enjoyed the time we were there. Would definitely recommend this property.

This place was great. The owner is the nicest person and easily available. Will be staying again. One rule don't lose the pool key. Very clean

This condo is an excellent deal! We had a wonderful time staying here. The description was completely accurate. The condo is clean, well furnished, well maintained, and tiled throughout. The owner responsed almost immediately to any inquiry, and only gave us one 'rule' .. don't lose the pool key. The pool is right next to the condo, and one of the windows looks out to it. We were there in off-season, and it was incredibly quiet. Walk to the beach and shops.. you won't want to leave the island. I would definately recommend this place to friends. It was just the vacation we wanted!

Home away from home

This condo was a wonderful choice. Not only is it on the first floor, steps away from the pool, a block away from the free trolley; but also a block away from the beautiful gulf (perfect for sunsets) and in the other direction two blocks away from the bay (perfect for sunrises).

The condo is well kept and the owner is friendly and responds quickly to e-mails and phone calls.

I cannot wait until vacation next year, to go back to what my 4 year old calls "our beach house".

This condo is worth the investment. Every aspect of my experience was positive.
