This is a modern, bright, luxurious and newly refurbished apartment located in the heart of Budapest's 4th District on Munkasotthon Utca (Street). Metro, bus and trolley are located within 1/2 block. Around the corner one can find numerous grocery stores, eateries, bakeries, coffee houses and fast food restaurants. The apartment can accommodate 1-5 people. The apartment is located on the first floor of a six story apartment building. It is in a quiet location and extremely safe since the police station is directly across the street with numerous cameras monitoring the street. The entrance is key coded and there is a double lock entry system into the apartment. The apartment building also has an elevator. The apartment has been professionally decorated with furnishings and decor being of the highest standard. The conveniences of everyday living are at your finger tips. The apartment has an over sized balcony overlooking a wooded park.

This rental apartment is for the veteran Budapest visitor or experienced Eastern European traveler. The apartment is a bit small, but is well equiped with everything that one needs to comfortably exist. In addition plenty of clean towels and bedding are available.The apartment manager is an exellent host and all around truly nice person. The location is conviently located near public transportation. It is a 15-20 minute metro ride to the center of Budapest. The best bakery in Budapest is very near the apartment. (fresh bread every 2 hours from early in the morning til late night) Local grocery stores are located at both ends of the block. Several excellent resturants and bars are nearby. The outside of the apartment is deceiving. The inside of the apartment made up for it as it is CLEAN -CLEAN -CLEAN!. The apartment is a No-Smoking area, but has a nicely equiped balcony where smoking is permitted. Just be aware that District 4, Ujpest is NOT the tourist district. I loved the apartment and the location. I hope to use it every chance that I get to go to Hungary.

Stayed here . Will go back again. Best ever if you on the budget. Close to transportation ,shopping . Very safe place with a very helpfull caretaker who leaves next door.
