This is an incredible house with beach access right across the street. There is plenty of room for multiple families and the pool was a major bonus for our kids. The balconies were fabulous and the 4th floor observation deck was incredible. There is lots of room in the kitchen for cook for a large group. The master suites are huge! Very nice house. We will be returning to Destin next year!

Destin is the best

I Have gone to destin every year and it is`always great.The beach is by far the best . The water is so clear i love it .I have stayed at different houses everytime ,this one was very nice the only con was the main kitchen is on the second floor, that was not very convenient for us . The pool was great and the location is great.One of the master bedroom did not have a door to the bath ,That also was very inconveniet because we had to share wiht others .The sleeper sofa's were not confortable thankfully we only used one of them. But I will be back next year maybe not this house but another.
Owner's Response: Thank you for your review and staying in my home! I would like to know which sleeper was uncomfortable. It may have a problem. This house has rented for two years with the sleepers fully occupied. This is the first complaint I've ever received on one of them not being comfortable. As for the rest, there are pros and cons with locating the kitchen in the pathway of the pool area. We liked the idea of keeping wet kids out of the kitchen! Again, thank you for your review.

Best Vacation I've Ever Had!!!!

This house was amazing!! Beautifully built and decorated. It did not disappoint. I loved being across the street from the beach and being able to come 'home' to my private pool. I felt like I was staying at the Ritz with the granite countertops, luxurious beds, hanging flat screen T.V's and gorgeous decorations. It really was 'Over the Top'!!!
