An enchanting Mediterranean villa nestled in the wooded hills near the medieval village of Valbonne. 12 kms from Cannes, 10 kms from Antibes with their sandy beaches. 25 kms from Nice and surrounded by 6 golf courses, tennis clubs and horse-riding schools within short distances. The picturesque 400 sq. m villa is sprawled over an estate of 3600sq. m with a vast lawn and a large pool. Olive trees, grape-vines, orange, lemon, fig and comquat plants mirror the flora of the French Riviera in the well-manicured garden of roses, Lilias and so on.

This is attached to the bedroom #5 where children can sleep with the adults.

Large closets and a sofa corner with straight access to the swimming pool and terrace. Marvellous view! The bedrooms # 3, 4 and 5 have en suite bathrooms each with tub and shower and bidet and two wash basins each. Bedroom #5 has extra shower and wash basin. Bedroom #4 is a in the library with a convertible sofa providing a King size bed. The three bedrooms have access to terrace or a balcony.
