This 4000 sq. ft. beautiful Maine lodge, built in 1936, is located on quiet, pristine Echo Lake in Fayette. With 7 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, this lodge is a great place for family reunions, small weddings, receptions or other celebrations. The well equipped kitchen makes cooking easy for your group. The spacious dining room has a view of the lake and a fieldstone fireplace. The living room has comfortable furniture, books, a field stone gas fireplace, and 2 half baths for your convenience. A large screened porch, with rocking chairs, overlooks the lake. The newly completed deck with picnic tables has a large stainless steel gas grill. A gradual sandy beach is excellent for swimming. A swim float is just off the beach area, and a dock is located along the shore. A stone fire pit, with firewood included, is available for nightly campfires. Eight rustic fully equipped cottages, rented separately, are located near the lodge and can accommodate additional guests.

Sadly, we are unable to rent the lodge this year, but are anxious to do it again next year......what a great, peaceful and friendly atmosphere to spend some quality family time. We had a grand time and were treated wonderfully by the owners. Lots to do in the area also, but the lodge and the lake were enough entertainment.
We miss being there............

Our family rented the lodge and cabins for a wonderful stay. Everyone enjoyed the facilities, the beach, lake, the whole area and the location. The owners were pleasant and made it a great place to rent. We look forward to many more vacations at Echo Lake Lodge.
