A home away from home! 20 minutes from Disney, 30 minutes from Universal and Sea World! Fully furnished home has all the amenities you need to make your Orlando Disney vacation complete! Great for long-term rentals (4 weeks+) to get away from cold weather, too! 2 master suites with private bathrooms (with walk-in showers) and cable TV. 2 car garage with opener, full kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans. Living room has sofa sleeper and cable TV. Full washer and dryer in garage. Private heated pool (additional charge for pool heat). Linens and towels provided. VCR and DVD player with kid-friendly movies and games. Mickey Mouse kids room (with 2 twin beds) with a Mickey Mouse bathroom (with tub-shower combo)! We provide a Free welcome basket with your rental which includes bread, milk, cold cuts, and cereal. Just what you need to get you started, especially when arriving late at night!

The Publix grocery store is only 1 mile down the road. WalMart is at the intersection of Routes 192 and 27. There is an outlet mall between the villa and Sea World and countless mini-golf locations. Celebration, Florida is only 20 minutes away. Daytona Beach and Tampa Bay are within driving distance to spend a day at the beach.

  • • Cleaning fee is included in rental rate for one-time cleaning after departure.
    • $200 refundable security deposit is required. Per the rental agreement, this security deposit is refunded 3 weeks after departure and inspection of the home.
    • $200 down payment is due to confirm the reservation. The remainder amount, security deposit and rental agreement are due 45 days prior to check. Check-in time is 4:00 pm. Check-out time is 10:00 am. An additional fee of $90 is required for early check-in or late check-out.
  • Cancellation Policy:
    Cancellation more than 2 weeks prior to check-in date, 0 cancellation fee.
    Cancellation between 2 weeks and 1 week prior to check-in date, $100 cancellation fee.
    Cancellation less that 1 week prior to check-in date, $200 cancellation fee.

Don't forget about the Kennedy Space Center...maybe you will be staying the same time as a launch! Want something a little smaller than the large theme parks? Why not give Gatorland a whirl? Are the kids into exploring scientific opportunities? Wonder Works is a great place for hands-on experimentation, not to mention laser tag and and arcade! Tampa is also another alternative for Busch Gardens and beaches. Can't get a cheap flight into Orlando? Consider flying into Tampa. Tampa airport is only 90 minutes drive to your well-deserved vacation home.

Other Activities: There are plenty of restaurants, mini golf and gift shops all along 192. Want to ride the Everglades on an air boat? Consider that as an alternative activity!

Golf: Oh the golfing possibilities! There are hundreds of golf courses in the area. Whatever your golfing desires, you are sure to find them in Orlando!

Location was easy to find and relatively close access for a Disney World experience. The Villa was spacious and well layed out as described. Pool was an excellent amenity. Property was clean and well maintained for an older tract. Owner placing of "Welcome basket" staples on premises was a great touch and help. This location was also children friendly with toys, pool safety alarm and the "Mickey" bedroom. Having a garage for the vehicle was an added plus, so as to secure the vehicle when not in use along with easy access to the Villa. The Villa was located within short drive of big variety of stores, shops and restaurants. Our experience at the villa was a "magicial" experience.
