11 July 2009...Calender updated for balance summer and fall 2009 so please check avails !! Enjoy this 100 acre mountain retreat with your family while enjoying direct views of Burke Mountain. Property is located in Sutton, Vermont. Property is on the VAST trail for snowmobilers, 15 minutes to Burke Mountain boasting a 60 mile network of Kingdom Trails, Vermont's premiere mountain biking trails, 35 minutes to Jay Peak and 5 golf courses within 20 mile radius. Crystal lake boat ramp is 10 mins North and Lake Willoughby is 20 mins. Moose, bear, turkey and deer are regular visitors to the property. Property has full kitchen with appliances and washer/dryer. Please take a look at the calender to see if any weeks or weekends work for you. We have started filling up fast for balance 2009 summer and getting ready for fall so please check calender for avails. We love to have people enjoy the beauty and tranquility of this property !

our family of 2 adults and 2 children (4 and 6 years) rent a few properties a year for our 1-week long vacations and this was one of the best, we didn't want to leave. house is very clean and pleasant, views are beautiful, backyard is huge (watch your children so they don't get lost :)
if you look for privacy and tranquillity, this is it. we didn't see any neighbors around. there are many activities in Northeast Kingdom for a nature lover. owner is very friendly and responsive. we highly recommend this place.

Top rate chalet with beautiful panoramic views from open indoor living space and large deck. Full of character and ambiance in a very private setting. Home was presented meticulously with all conveniences. Excellent communication to make for care-free vacation.
