This apartment complex is beautifully landscaped, with (2) Pools and a Full Fitness and Community Center. Short drive to World Famed Siesta Key Beaches and Downtown Cultural Centers. Palmer Ranch Community of Botanica, on Palmer Ranch. Attached Garage (1) Car. Apartment furnished, with Major Top Line Appliances, including Dishwasher, Washer Dryer, Refrigerator, microwave, garbage disposal, and electric stove. Walking trails available and outdoor BBQ. Available January through April 2008.

Our stay at the Sarasota Condo in Palmer Ranch

This is a very comfortable condo. It had a lovely view of the pool from the screened porch. We were able to eat most of our meals out on this lovely linai. The condo is very well equipped with lots of dishes and necessities. It is a very quiet, gated community close to golf courses, beach, shopping and the interstate. We really enjoyed out stay.
