CURRENTLY BOOKED UNTIL SEPTEMBER 21, 2010 Located in the Balboa Peninsula. Enjoy the spacious totally remodeled rooms where each bedroom has their own private bathroom. Everything is brand new. The Balcony lets you enjoy full views of the ocean and activity of the boardwalk. This property is located steps from the Beach, Balboa Pier, Harbor, Balboa Island, and Fun Zone where many shops and restaurants are located. The boardwalk is right below where you can enjoy biking, walking and rentals of skates, surreys and bikes that are available. The ocean is steps away where you can enjoy swimming and surfing. You never have to get into your vehicle to find entertainment.

We are located right on the Beachfront Area along the Boardwalk. E. Oceanfront Blvd. isn't an actual street, it is the beach. Look for Palm and Balboa Blvd. to find the Condo. The opposite side of Balboa Blvd. is the Harbor and Balboa Island

We except Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover cards A credit card must be available for all bookings. We need a $1400 security deposit fee that is refundable upon departure and is not put towards rent upon reservation. Total rent will be $1640 to include weekly rent, cleaning, and tax. 50% is due 30 days from rental date, balance is due 7 days from rental date.

Stayed the week of 3/22/08. This unit is very clean and well decorated. The layout and size of the rooms is perfect for a family, or in our case two couples and mother-in-law. The location is great, balcony overlooking the beach walkway, only one block from the pier and a park. The parking lot that you see in the pictures is the only thing between you and the beach. Would stay again.
