Wonderful Location and Very Family Oriented

We just returned from our family vacation in July 2008! The owner's were great to work with and responded quickly from E-mails prior to vacation to phone calls while on vacation. It housed our group comfortably everyone had a bed and the beds were comfortable. Our 9 yr. old loved the video games. The 7 yr. old & 4 yr. old loved the children's extra play bins with toys already provided. We traveled with 18 other family members plus our vacation home housed 9 of them during this vacation home and we were able to group up to have family meals and spend lots of family time in a comfortable setting. Pool area was beautiful and so was the home the photos online seem outdated but it gives a huge smile upon arrival and very pleased with the rental find! Some little quirks mentioned to the owners that would help in a future renter with a smooth introduction to the home and felt like they took our suggestion to use little directions of certain household appliances will help ease getting to know your rental home better. We definitely would rent again in the future. The house is a great location 30 minutes to Orlando International Airport and less than a 15 minute drive to all Disney Theme Parks (we went into parks by 10 AM and came out around 2pm and had a nap and dinner and were able to return to parks by 6pm). Without feeling we were in a car all day that is how close you are to everything. All shopping from groceries to the dollar store within minutes from home just less than .5 mile from Route 192. It was a very quite neighborhood didn't even need the theme parks to feel like on vacation the vacation home would of been good enough. The beach (Atlantic Ocean) and Cape Canarival was all in a 45 minute drive went twice during our week stay since it was easy access to I-4. ** Overall, we had a good experience, like I said the house had minor details (not even worth mentioning) but the owner is very easy to work with and responsive to help correct any concerns you may have. It felt like your own vacation home away from home that when ever we purchased an additional item for the house either a game, puzzle or for the pool to the beach we left those items behind for the next family to enjoy. We enjoyed the vacation and in turn we didn't mind leaving items behind for the next family to use. The owners treated us basically like a family member using another family's home and added lots of memories for our three children and all the other's we traveled with.
