New carpet and flooring upstairs! Located in the 'Hideout' community in Lake Ariel. This vacation home is perfect as a 1-2 family rental. Woodland views, three queen beds, one single children's bed, additional futon beds and sofa sleeper, two living areas, fireplace, fully stocked kitchen (with oven, toaster, microwave, 2 pot coffee maker, dishwasher), washer/dryer, deck and screen porch, grill, window A/C, two cable TVs, VCR, radio (CD and MP3 input), stocked with games/cards, poker chips, children's toys. Our gated private community offers lakes with swim beaches, two outdoor heated pools, parks, playgrounds, golf course, water sports, boating, fishing, hiking, mini golf, ski slope (incl tubing/sledding), ice skating, cross country skiiing, indoor recreation facility, and lodges/restaurants. Close to Lake Wallenpaupak, Mt. Airy Casino, zoo, horseback riding, several large ski areas (Mount Snow, Camelback, Jack Frost, Elk Mtn). Thirty miles to Pocono speedway (Scranton)
