Your stay will be at our hilltop home overlooking the azure blue Atlantic Ocean. Our retreat is private and peaceful on a 45 acre lush tropical site. A favorite past time is relaxing on the 1600 sf deck with cabana enjoying the tropical breezes and panoramic view a of the Atlantic Ocean and Guana Cay. At our private beach cabana and pristine pink sand beach, pick a coconut from an overhanging coconut tree and snorkel in the protected water of Lower Harbor Bay. Here you will find crystal clear water with coral heads teaming with tropical fish. Your children will enjoy exploring Guana Cay (photo insert) populated with curly-tail Iguanas and thousands of hermit crabs. Google Earth coordinates: w75 05 41.82 n23 18 27.18

Our vacation villa is located atop Pinders Hill with a panoramic view of the Atlantic Ocean and Guana Cay. Long Island is known for world class fishing offshore for tuna, grouper and red snapper. Inshore bonefishing on the flats is unsurpassed. Divers will find incredible coral heads and unlimited visability. Many families just prefer to relax on the deck, enjoy swimming in the protected water surrounding Guana Cay , beaching at Dean's Blue hole and sightseeing on Long Island. Long Islanders are very courteous and helpful should you need assistance.
