Tie up your boat and or PWC on your own private dock which also has an 800-square-foot party deck over the water. This home has dual HVAC units for complete comfort in all conditions. Very private large master bedroom with private bath, featuring huge shower, spa tub, double sinks and tile floors and countertops.
