Only 1 block to the beach, 2 blocks from the Marriott Resort. Very close to restaurants, shopping, beach, wave runner rentals, para-sailing, cinema, bars. This home has 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, heated pool, remodeled about 4 years ago with new 18x18 porcelain tiles throughout and new kitchen and bathrooms, equipped with beach toys, beach umbrella, beach chairs, Weber gas grill, DVD, CD/Stereo, VCR, alarm clocks, etc. This is the best location on Marco Island. Marco Island offers excellent deep sea fishing, tennis, and golfing.

The house was clean and very nice. My family had a great time especially the kids. They had a great time in the pool. The house was completely stocked. We brought items that at the end never used. The house had a lot of items for the kids to play in the pool. There was more than enough space.

The beach is as stated, a block away from the property.
There were chairs for us to use while at the beach.

Great house. Extremely happy.

Excellent family accomodations

The house is clean and airy with a modern kitchen and furnishings. The location is very convenient with respect to shopping, churches, and within easy walking distance (even for small children) to one of the few public beach accesses on Marco Island. The pool is easy to watch from the kitchen, living room, and master bedroom - great for families with kids. There is quite an assortment of strollers, pool and beach toys, and even games and kids toys in the house.

I would absolutely recommend this property to a friend, and would definitely consider this property if I have an opportunity to return to Marco Island in the future. The neighborhood and beach are quiet and great for families (not a college spring break destination).

John was easy to work with and his local contact on Marco Island was also very supportive.
