Decorated with a topical effect, its beautiful hardwood floors span the kitchen and living area. The three bedrooms are lushly carpeted and the two baths and separate utility room with washer and dryer are tiled. The kitchen countertop is made of natural stone material also.

Accommodations include an open concept kitchen, dining and living area combined. The kitchen has a large circular breakfast bar and the dining area has a dining table, each seating 6. The living area has a huge 65 in. cable TV with DVD player!

Also included are a large master bedroom with 1 king-size and 1 queen-size bed . The master also has a TV with a seating area that includes a couch with matching chair and ottoman. A private, luxurious master bath has many built-in storage drawers, a jacuzzi bathtub, a large two-person shower with double shower heads, and a walk-in closet. The other two guest bedrooms each have comfortable queen-size beds, closets, and plenty of windows! All the bedrooms have wonderful views of the canal and bay.
Easy & Fast Access to Two Beaches/Boat/Pier:
Do you or your family enjoy going to the beach? If so, you'll be only minutes away from the beach in Rockport - the famous 'blue wave' beach on the bay, and 10 minutes to the ferry that will take you to Port Aransas - where you can enjoy the beach on the Gulf of Mexico.
In addition , you will have your very own private pier where you can fish all day and night . This pier includes a fishing light and covered/lighted fishstand for cleaning your fish. You can also dock your boat off this pier so you have easy access to it throughout your stay!
