Enjoy restful golf vacation with all the amenities of a country club community. Home backs to a preserve in charming, gated Bobcat Trail. The Golf Course (rated 4.5) is practically in your front yard. The friendly clubhouse overlooks the golf course & is next to a large pool with tennis courts across the drive. An open floor plan is inviting with large living area; dining area looks onto the screened lanai & large yard silhouetted by pine trees & palms. The adjacent kitchen with convenient counter space & breakfast bar has all new appliances: side by side refrigerator with icemaker, oven, stove, dishwasher, microwave, garbage disposal & ample cabinets. The master bedroom has doors to the backyard, 2 closets. The master bath has 2 sinks with large walk-in shower and separate water closet. The second bedroom suite with its own bathroom (toilet & shower/tub) is on the other side of the house. The office/guest room is off the living room separated with double doors. Large laundry room.
