Clean and comfortable home in Sunrise Palms - a gated, established condominium complex in the north end of Palm Springs. Single story unit on a cul-de-sac has only one other unit attached, so living is quiet and private. Interior fresh with new paint and tile. Artwork graces the walls in this 2 bedroom, 1 bath unit - perfect for a long term stay or a shorter vacation. Small private yard with lemon, orange, and grapefruit trees. Steps from heated pool and spa (the complex has 8 pools; only 1 other is heated). This community's landscaping is lush year-round, with well-established plantings always well-maintained. Six tennis courts, two basketball courts, and a putting green in a large open space park. Two bicycles provided for enjoyable rides around the complex. You'll love our home as much as we do!
