Beautiful new home with large sliders and windows overlooking Wellfleet Harbor. Enjoy the upstairs sitting room with lots of sun and fabulous views along with the built-in wet bar, while the kids hang out in the downstairs sitting room. Or sit outside on the upper balconies or deck while the kids play outside in our fenced-in yard. Take a walk just steps down the street to the backside of the harbor or walk into town over historic Uncle Tims bridge. Walk around the marshes looking at the beautiful scenery and taking in all of the wild life.

Wellfleet is a fabulous arts community. A 10 minute walk brings you downtown where there is a local market, wonderful eclectic shops and fantastic art galleries & restaurants. The bay beaches are beautiful, clean and warm, great for little ones. The ocean beaches are crisp and clean with fantastic dunes and surf. If your not into salt water, there are beautiful pristine ponds, too.

Additional information about rental rates

  • We do consider well behaved, house trained dogs. We do require a $500/dog security deposit due at time of booking. We will happily return your deposit as long as your dog was a good house guest. There is a $200 dog fee (non refundable) for cleaning. Additional dogs $100 cleaning fee.

    We will be happy to provide linens, beach towels, and showering towels if it is easier for you. Linens provided $100.
  • $500 security deposit, plus any additional security deposits (pets) are due at time of booking. 50% of rental is due 2 months prior to rental.

Including 4 decks, any of which you can enjoy watching the boats go in & out of Wellfleet Harbor. You can check the tide or water conditions from the comfort of your home. Harbor View Villa is 2000 sq.ft. Of beautiful light, bright and airy decor, with lots of windows & decks. The kitchen has beautiful granite countertops with electric appliances.

The fenced in yard, attached to the lower deck, is perfect for little ones playing, while adults enjoy relaxing on the deck. The private upstairs deck is perfect for star gazing, or catching that perfect tan. The private outdoor shower is perfect for rinsing after the beach or showering in the warm summer air.
