Ladies and Gentlemen: Welcome to our beach home 'Sunshine' on the beautiful Fort Morgan Peninsula. Sunshine is a professionally decorated three-year-old five-bedroom, three-bathroom beach house located in the upscale Morgantown beach community. Be prepared to relax!! Sunshine comes equipped with three king beds, four twin beds, and a sleeper sofa in the living room. The home features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, crown molding, six brand new TVs, CD/DVD player, high speed Internet access, cable television, and a charcoal barbeque grill. We have gone to extraordinary lengths to think of everything anyone could possibly want for the perfect beach vacation. Your comfort is our most important priority.

The Tanger Outlet mall in Foley is a favorite for the ladies. Kiva Dunes and the Peninsula Golf Clubs are must play courses for the golfers in the group. Be sure to check out the Pensacola Naval Air Museum, Bellingrath Gardens, the Gulf Shores Zoo, and Waterworld water park.

  • I am running huge snowbird monthly discounts for February, March, and April. $2500/month. First come, first served! Charges just cover my mortgage and electric bills. No profit, no gouging!! The savings are yours. Thanks for looking and good luck!
  • Rates include everything except Alabama state sales tax (8.5%), a no mark up housecleaning fee standard for all of my properties ($25/br, $10ba, $50 common area). Housecleaning fees include all towels and linens. A $49 damage waiver deposit is required to protect you from any mishaps which may occur during your stay. Optional travel insurance can be purchased through my website.

Sunshine sits just steps from the beach boardwalk and has wonderful views of the Gulf from all the living areas. Morgantown also has two beautiful neighborhood swimming pools, exclusive to those in the community, and a brand new pair of tennis courts for those with exercise on their minds. For golfers in the group, Sunshine is located next door to the world famous Kiva Dunes Golf Club, a winner of numerous Golf Digest awards. Just down the street is home to 27 perfectly manicured holes at the Peninsula Golf Club. Both resorts are truly world class.

Please come and join us for the sand, surf, and fun! The beaches are magnificent, the golf is spectacular, and the restaurants are terrific. There is truly an activity for every member of the family. Sunshine is a wonderful home and we would love to share it with you. My goal is to give you the best possible value for your vacation dollar. Because you are contacting me 'owner direct', I will eliminate all junk fees normally charged by our property management firm (processing fees, credit card fees, commissions, etc.) I want you to come back year after year!!

I visited "Sunshine" 10-4-06 to 10-10-06 and had 8 guest come with me. We all loved it. It was a great experience for all of us. I also received a call from the owner to check on everything upon my arrival and a card thanking me for my business when I arrived home. It was a pleasure all the way around! I would definitely visit again. Thank You!

I just left Sunshine this past weekend. This was my second year staying there. My only hesitation to tell you how wonderful it is, is that I do not want "no vacancy" when I plan for next year. :) It is a wonderful place to relax and it is equipped wonderfully. There is even a gas grill on site which is rare on other home rentals. Has multiple king beds, so you can sleep just like you do at home. It is great all around. Plus, the owners are very attentive even though it is managed by an agency. He has called both years I was there. Visited last year and sent a card both years! The Sunshine is a great choice.
