Enjoy your family's most treasured time together, summer vacation, in our Bethany Beach Home! It offers Ocean Block safety for the kids, with views of the Bay’s Sunsets. The 3-level floor plan with 3 master BRs offers lots of privacy. The 1st floor consists of 2 BRs (Master with 1 Queen bed & full bath with soaking tub & shower & 2 Twin beds sharing a full bath with shower), eat-in kitchen with granite counter tops & stainless steel Bosch & Monogram appliances, LR with fireplace & 42” Plasma Home Theater, a separate Florida Room for the kids with a large TV (DVD/VCR) & Super Nintendo, dining room with a large table for the whole family, & rap around deck with Patio seating & gas grill. The 2nd level offers 2 master bedrooms, laundry room, & a library. 1st master bedroom has a King bed, private balcony, bathroom with separate Jacuzzi tub for 2 & shower, TV, & fireplace. The 2nd master has a Queen bed, large bathroom with large shower. 3rd level BR with 2 trundles - sleeps 4!

My family (Dayton, Ohio) stayed at this property the first week of June 2008. Overall it was a beautiful property with easy access to the beach. The kitchen was amazing. We really enjoyed preparing meals there and it had everything you could possibly need. All of the bathrooms were beautiful as was the living room and dining room. The only part of the house that was not quite what I expected was the loft bedroom. It was really small. The 4 twins were 2 trundle beds each with a mattress on a wood frame (so not really super comfy) and it got really warm up there once the sun came up. However, the other bedrooms were gorgeous and the family members who stayed in them loved them.
Even having to sleep in the loft I loved the house and would recommend it to anyone. The community it is in is great and it is close to Bethany Boardwalk.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

Our family had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home. Very spacious,clean, and well supplied. Nice walk to the beach-found lots of seashells this time of year-late September! Hope to return again.

This was first time we've used VRBO. The house was exquisite! You really get your money's worth here. Haven't told Mr. Fuster yet that there are 5 bdrms and 4 baths. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, glassware, etc. Very open floor plan with plenty of space for all. Exceeded our expectations and we're looking forward to returning next year.

Great house with tons of space! Bathrooms have just been re-done, and are gorgeous/lux. Another big plus was having two outside showers to clean all sandy children before going inside! Great space for more than one family. Downtown Bethany is so close; long walk, great morning run. Beach is huge. No need to go early to get a "spot", and a dream not to get in a hot car every day. We'd give our week an A!

My family and I had a very enjoyable visit to this home. It is very well appointed & decorated. There is no shortage of space! The quick walk to the beach and to downtown Bethany makes this place ar real great find!
