Balboa Island is a bike ride away from the Villa where you can view the marina and have access to another beach, more restaurants, and of course more shopping. From Balboa Island you can take a ferry ride to the Balboa Peninsula where you will find the Balboa Fun Zone (arcades, Ferris wheel, merry-go-round, and more). From the Peninsula, you can take the Catalina Express Boat to Catalina Island! There is so much to do and see that this will be the best and most relaxing vacation you could ever imagine.

Golf: For golfers, the renowned Pelican Hills Golf Course, home of two 18-hole championship golf courses designed by Tom Fazio, is located only 5 minutes away. While for shoppers, Fashion Island is less than a mile and half away and offers some of the best shopping in Southern California. For those simply looking for a pampered day of luxury, there are many local day spas, including the famous Montage Spa which is a 10 minute drive.
