Brand new luxury villa located in the plush tropical setting of Playa Car. Private pool with waterfall and in the common area we have a tennis court, palapa pool. The villa has easy access to the beach of a five minute walk. The Reef Club Resort is also a five minute walk where you can enjoy the use all their amenities. The villa consists of 5 bedrooms, 3 upstairs and 2 downstairs. Both upstairs and downstairs are complete with marble floors and granite counter tops throughout. There is a rooftop terrace that has a spectacular ocean view and the town of Playa Del Carmen. Maid service is provided 3x a week and more can be purchased at an extra cost to the renter. Pick-up to and from the airport can be arranged for an additional fee . Bottled Purrified water is supplied with cooler on both floors. Laundry facilities on site.
