Great vacation

I have a 10 year old boy and a 6 year old girl. We spent 9 days over the 2008/2009 new year break in the apartment. The apartment was clean, nicely furnished, spacious. Eve and Luiz were friendly, punctual and professional. The view is incredible, and the apartment is located a two-minute walk from the Orient breach. The complex is safe and has a great swimming pool. We plan to return.

Excellent condo

My husband and I have been to SXM many times and this time brought our 2 children (12 & 5). We had already stayed in this area and felt very secure. The condo was beautiful! The full kitchen had everything needed for every meal and we ate many times on the patio overlooking Orient Bay. The 2 bedrooms were great and the bathroom was huge. Another plus was the washing machine as we had packed very light. Many evenings as the kids winded down watching tv we sat on the patio and the security guard always walked by several times.
Eve and Luis were wonderful hosts and we will come back again!

Oreint Bay...Wow!

- The description of the property is accurate.
- Property was clean and everything functions.
- Owners met us at airport and even stayed to complete our grocery shopping!
- I would highly recommend this place to anyone who knows the island. Even if you do not know the island the owners are awesome. They are more than willing to help out picking you up at the airport.
- Oreint Bay is probably the nicest beach on St. Maarten.
- We had a rental car and visited Marigot, Mullet Bay (nice beach for bigger waves), and Phillipsburg.
- There was not one thing we disliked about the condo.
- View is amazing. Sunrises especially.

- We were a family of 4, kids are 11 and 14. Live in Canada.
