Located between Ipanema and Copacobana beaches, this luxury 11th floor condo has two verandas and beautiful views, safe location next to the Fort at Copacabana, across the street from the Sofitel.....parking for two cars, swimming pool, and decorated in modern decor with contemporary art. Owner is resident of Brasil, citizen of US.....easy to deal with .... Please Note: This building is a residential family building...out of respect for my neighbors Mancations and those booking for Mancations are discouraged if planning a volume of traffic......Discreet over night guests are allowed but this is not a place for sex tourism......

Great safe apartment, superb location

This apartment has one of the best locations in Rio for tourists. Close to all amenities inc banks and supermarkets and only a few minutes from both beaches - with views of both! The apartment is very spacious, in great condition, 2 balconies. The pool was an added bonus. Would defnitiely recommend this apartment to anyone staying in Rio.

Perfectly located Jewel with Wonderful views

Perfectly situated close to all the action in Ipanema and Copacabana, this lovely home has all the amenities to make your stay memorable.

Beautiful fixtures and finishes complement an ideal floorplan with two wonderfully decorated and supplied bedrooms and three full baths.

A lovely Master Suite features a lovely bath w/ large floor to ceiling tiled shower with an openable window with views!
Lovely Linens and Kitchen fixtures, cookware and supply add to the comfort and enjoyment of a perfect vacation.

It is situated in a wonderful building with a 24 security desk attended by very friendly and helpful personnel. There are 3 elevators with stainless steel and mirrored interior finish. There is a pool floor just above the garage floor that has a warm and wonderul adult pool and a childs pool plus a freshwater outdoor shower, playground for children and many tables with umbrellas and outdoor chaises, plus a cafe that serves drinks and food served by joyful staff.

No need to rent a car or to employ a driver. The Bus route to all sites around Rio are a block away and there is an Excellent Bus from and to the Airport that stops every 30 minutes in front of the building: cost is a fraction of what you would pay to go by Cab. Time to and from aiirport is no more than 1 1/2 hours by bus or 45 minutes by cab.

There are many wonderful restaurants within a short walking distance and there is a great supermarket and bakery within a couple of blocks plus ATM machines are a few blocks away(tell yoour bank that you are travelling to Rio so that they know to authorize your card to cash at the ATM).

Fresh Fish is sold from the kiosk at Copacabana that is only a couple of blocks away and there are great shops, Jewelers and Travel agents (who also change money) at the Soffeitel at the corner.

Citizens of USA:Remember that you need a Tourist Visa from the Brazilian authorities and that it can take more than a couple of weeks to get it after application. It is best to go to the office personnally to receive the visa to secure your Trip. Cost is $130 per person.

We truly had a lovely and memorable vacation at this beautiful home in Rio and would not hesitate to highly recommend it to anyone who enjoys the finer things in life.
