You will be staying in a beautiful coral colored 'old Florida' style luxury home with 3100 square feet of marble floors to roam on! Not only will you be within walking distance to the beach, wharf, & the fabulous 3rd Street Shops and restaurants; you will have the one thing prized most in Naples in the Winter: NO TRAFFIC!! Aqualane is on the Port Royal peninsula and has no through traffic. Believe me, this will add to your enjoyment. Last, but not least, enjoy a built-in bar (margarita anyone), a large master suite w/ two luxurious his/hers bathrooms, walk-in closets, private vaulted library sitting room in bedroom area with French doors to fern grotto and pool. The home also has a gourmet kitchen, full dining room, magnificent sunroom, living room, screened in porch, & spectacular heated pool w/ bronze heron statue. Dine outdoors by the pool under a metal Mexican gazebo.

Also (with car) you will be near the City Dock for sport fishing, unlimited golf courses, tennis courts (Cambier Park), etc. Enjoy the friendliness of the neighborhood and its stunning residential architecture. A lovely cobblestone walkway (at Gordon Drive) leads you to the beach for spectacular sunsets like no other!

We loved this house! The description of this home was perfectly stated online but the photos do not entirely do it justice...it is charming, spacious, and very comfortably liveable and so pretty. Situated on a gorgeous tree lined street in an upscale neighborhood, it's perfectly located for walking or a quick bike ride or drive to the best local shopping, restaurants, beach, Naples pier.

We planned our trip at the last minute and felt so lucky this particular house was available after realizing that short term rental homes of this calibur are not easy to find in Naples. We were expecting to like this house, but I'm not sure that we were expecting to find it as wonderful as we did. We have rented various homes in different places around the world that are extravagant and large. Without a doubt though, this home in Naples ended up being my personal favorite of all of our trips for it's unpretentious comfort and genuine luxury, incredible location, lovely pool with shade and sun, eclectic and stylish charm, warm and welcoming feel.

The home is spotless, beautifully maintained, and the owner was excellent to deal with. I would definitely recommend this property to a friend.

The specific location in Old Naples is ideal. The home is located in an area where walking, running, or biking for excercise is a pleasure. Though we had children under the age of 7 with us and the house was perfect, this home would also be very nicely suited for a couple, or family with older children.

When it was time to go home, we wished we had planned to stay longer!
