Personal residence, 7,300 feet at the Top of Kingsbury Grade, immaculate condition, very comfortable and extremely private. Backs up to the national forest among the pine trees. Both spacious bedrooms have king beds, walk in closets, and views. Kitchen has every amenity and serving utensil. In addition to the deck spa there is a neighborhood association pool and spa and access is also available. Walk the local road loop and enjoy the panoramic views of Lake Tahoe and the Carson Valley. Backs up to the national forest with miles of hiking and biking trails. Walking distance to Stagecoach Chair and short drive to the Boulder Chair at Heavenly Valley. Local restaurants and bars are also within walking distance, and South Lake Tahoe casinos and entertainment are three miles away via car, taxi or shuttle.

We took our 9 month old baby and mother-in-law up to this condo and had a wonderful time. It was warm and welcoming inside. The kitchen had updated appliances which we used, and the television and family room area was comfy after a long day of sight seeing. The best part of this property was the 3 decks and the views from both the lower bedroom and the living room. In the morning you got a beautiful sunrise, and at night you can see the city lights of the town in the valley. Only about a short drive from the strip, but a nice quiet getaway.
