Main cottage: This beautiful cottage has two bedrooms. One has one queen and one double bed and the other has one queen bed. There is also a double bed pull out sofa in the living room, plus a large sectional leather sofa. The spacious living room has a rustic pine wood floor, comfortable seating and a large picture window overlooking the gorgeous Lake Couchiching shorelines. Step out through the sliding glass doors to a large sun deck enclosed in safety glass railings so as not to impede the outstanding view of the lake. The cottage is fully equipped including fridge, stove, washer, dryer, microwave, Cable TV with VCR/DVD and high speed Internet, a propane BBQ with propane supplied. There is a four piece bathroom.
Additional cottage: A large, very unique & charming second cottage with a lovely wood stove for a warm and cozy atmosphere. This fantastic cottage is situated right on the water. It is finished in glowing pine walls and ceiling and laminate wood floors. Abundant windows revealing three directional vistas of historic Lake Couchiching. A wrap around deck equipped with Muskoka Chairs! This building is furnished with fridge, microwave, games table, two pull out sofas and a futon. PLUS, there is a HOME ENTERTAINMENT SYSTEM with large screen TV. It also has its own two piece washroom finished in beautiful pine. This is the ideal location for overnight guests providing additional comfort, privacy and extra space. This the perfect 'Bunkie' to provide the separate space for teens or other family members.
